The villa is located in 'The Palms' in Davenport - which is just off Highway 27 and less than a mile from the 192. Within walking distance is a golf course, a lake (useful for boat rentals and fishing) and other recreational activities.
There is a bank and shops a few minutes walk from the community. The property also benefits from being on a huge corner lot - one of the largest in the community.
There is a community pool and other recreational facilities such as basketball and tennis courts.
There is also a children's playground.

Many golf courses are situated nearby and Lake Davenport itself offers the chance for fishing and boating.
