All rates include taxes.
May 1-Oct 31: 1000/week 2000/month USD
Nov 1-Apr 30: 1500/week 3000/month USD
Dec 15-Jan 15: 1800/week USD
For weekly rentals, a 10% non-refundable deposit is due at time of booking. Balance of payment is due 2-weeks prior to arrival. Refunds of additional payments will be given with 30-days notice of cancellation, minus a 0 cancellation/rebooking fee.

For long-term rentals, advance payment of first month's rent plus a 0 security deposit is required.
Weekly rates include utilities; monthly rates do not.
Prices do not include maid service. Should you desire this service, please contact owner to customize the service to meet your specific needs. Additional fees apply.
Smoking and pets are permitted with prior approval of owner. Pets may result in higher rental or additional security deposit. Damage due to smoking will be at renters' expense.
Use of utilities in excess of per week will be at renters' expense.
Numerous amenities are provided for your convenience and enjoyment. It is expected that you will leave the premises in the same or better condition than that in which you found them. Missing or damaged items must be replaced or repaired at renters' expense and may also result in partial or full forfeiture of security deposit.
Management is not responsible for or obliged to any omissions in or misinterpretations of this document. Discrepancies will be resolved through negotiation, arbitration or legal action.
