This brand new house is situated on the La Finca Golf Resort, a new development which features houses in a variety of sizes and styles, offering the best in modern facilities with character, style, comfort and security.
The House has 3 bedrooms, all with twin beds and sleeps up to 8 people using the sofabed in the lounge. There is a well appointed kitchen with an oven, ceramic hob, fridge freezer, washing machine, microwave, dishwasher, toaster, kettle, coffee maker and electric juicer.

SOLARIUM WITH VIEW

The living area is open plan and comprises a dining area seating 6 people (table extends for 8) and a large lounge with 2 generously sized sofas where you can relax in comfort to watch British satellite television. The patio doors lead onto a small patio overlooking the garden and communal landscaped grounds which include an ornamental pool.
Two of the bedrooms and the main bathroom, including bath, shower, wc and bidet are also on the ground floor. All bedrooms have triple built-in wardrobes. There’s also a useful store room housing the airer, iron and ironing board.
Upstairs is the master bedroom, with ensuite shower and wc, and patio doors leading on to the large solarium, which is also accessible via a door leading off the main staircase.
It’s the perfect place to unwind with a drink as the sun goes down, and there’s ample room for an al fresco meal, with tables and seating for 8. It’s south facing, so you may just get out of bed, wander onto the solarium to sip your freshly juiced orange and decide to stretch out on one of the sunloungers and work on nothing more strenuous than your tan. Should you need to cool off, there’s the communal swimming pool with showers, shared by 20 houses in the block, just around the corner from the front door.
The house has hot & cold air conditioning in all bedrooms and lounge. (There are also electric wall heaters in both bathrooms just in case you encounter a chilly early morning on your winter break). It features gorgeous cool marble floors throughout and relaxing neutral décor with a Spanish flavour.
There are external lights at front and back entrances and over the solarium, a state-of the-art security system, and secure off street parking right outside.
